More
Over the past two decades, continuous innovations and breakthroughs have emerged in the field of neurorestoration, giving rise to the distinctive discipline of Neurorestoratology. Clinical research and treatment outcomes have fundamentally transformed the landscape for neurological disorders and injuries long considered untreatable by conventional medicine, opening new therapeutic avenues for these conditions. To advance the sound development of Neurorestoratology and integrate resources across all related interdisciplinary fields, the International Association of Neurorestoratology (IANR) was founded.
The International Association of Neurorestoratology is an international, academic, public welfare, and non-profit corporate registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. It is voluntarily composed of clinical experts, basic researchers, neuroengineering specialists, as well as scholars and industrial promoters engaged in technology, pharmaceutical and device research and development, and other relevant individuals and institutions worldwide dedicated to the research and treatment of neurorestoration.
Currently, IANR’s membership spans more than 40 countries and regions, including China, the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, covering both developed economies and BRICS countries. It has truly built a diverse and open international academic community for neurorestoration.
The core mission of the IANR is to integrate global human, material, and financial resources, establishing a professional and shared academic exchange platform for scholars worldwide in the neurorestoration field.
On this basis, it promotes disciplinary advancement, elevates academic standards, explores more effective therapeutic interventions, and ultimately contributes to the progress of global medical science. It aims to bring the benefits of neurorestorative treatments to patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders worldwide and improve their quality of life.
The emergence of Neurorestoratology has brought new hope to neurological diseases once deemed incurable. As the core driving force for the global development of this discipline, IANR serves as a pivotal academic platform connecting the global neurorestoration community. Committed to resource integration, research promotion, and patient benefit, IANR continues to shape the development of neurorestoration on the international medical stage.
