The Journal of Neurorestoratology is the official publication of the International Society for Neurorehabilitation (IANR),closely aligned with advances in the field of neurorestoratology.

 Founded in 2013 through a collaboration between IANR and Dove Medical Press, it launched a new international academic exchange channel for neurorestoratology.

 In 2018, publication was transferred to Tsinghua University Press.

 Since 2022, the journal has entered a new phase, jointly published by Tsinghua University Press and Elsevier.
